• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and brand reputation strategy
• Oversee campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and emerging platforms
• Set objectives and report on ROI
• Lead content creation, curation, and management across platforms

• Engage with online communities to build loyalty and positive interactions
• Develop partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify reach

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 7–10 years of social media management experience (3+ years in a senior role)
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data into insights
• Experience managing brand reputation platforms and customer feedback
• Strong leadership and project management skills
