Event Coordinator, Marketing ​/ Advertising ​/ PR

One of the hottest brands in NYC is looking for a Partnerships & Events Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is fully remote—but with monthly travel to bring high-profile events, influencer activations, and brand partnerships to life.

Location: Remote (NYC-based preferred) |
Travel: Multiple times per month across the U.S.

• Traveling to major cities to execute epic brand activations
• Coordinating partnerships + events with some of the biggest names in fashion, lifestyle, and culture
• Owning logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships to make sure every detail lands perfectly
• Working cross-functionally with creative + marketing teams
• 1–3 years in events, partnerships, or marketing
• Someone with major hustle + organization skills
• A connector who thrives on relationships, culture, and experiences
• Comfort with a remote role + heavy travel
