About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to own and scale Forus’s paid acquisition engine. You’ll have full ownership over strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels with a mandate to drive efficient provider growth and build a high‑velocity experimentation culture.

This is a high‑ownership role; you’ll move fast, operate lean, and make decisions that directly impact top‑of‑funnel growth.

What You’ll Own
  • Paid search: Own full search strategy, campaign management, and funnel optimization across all search platforms

  • Paid social: Own all paid social campaigns across Meta, You Tube, Linked In, and other relevant channels including audience targeting, creative briefing, and CAC optimization

  • Creative direction: Brief and review ad creative across channels; maintain a continuous refresh cadence tied to channel performance

  • Experimentation and reporting: Build and own attribution infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and a structured A/B testing program across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages

  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Design, and Product to optimize the full conversion funnel

  • Cross‑functional contribution: flex beyond core scope to support broader team initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves

  • 3–5+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience, with hands‑on ownership of paid search and paid social

  • Proven track record driving SMB or professional‑audience acquisition through digital channels

  • Proficiency across some or all of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent written communication

  • Startup orientation and comfortable operating without a large support team, building processes from scratch, and context‑switching across priorities

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience marketing to physicians, clinical staff, or healthcare providers

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance constraints in digital advertising

  • Experience with SEO strategy and content‑driven acquisition

  • Background in B2B SaaS or health tech with a professional‑audience ICP

  • Experience running video ad campaigns (You Tube, Meta video, OTT)

Compensation and Details
  • Location: NYC

  • Compensation: $150k‑$200k

  • Reports to: Justice Tention, Head of Top‑of‑Funnel

  • Hours: Full‑time
