About the Role
Brown Harris Stevens is seeking a highly organized, creative, and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing and creative division in the Hamptons and NYC. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about branding, social media, design, and helping real estate professionals elevate their business.
The Marketing Coordinator will support agents with listing launches, marketing strategy, pitches, social media initiatives, email marketing, and day‑to‑day business development efforts while collaborating with a larger corporate marketing team.
Responsibilities- Support agents with marketing strategy for new listings and ongoing business development.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media content.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns for agents and guide them on CRM communications.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams on branding initiatives.
- Assist with photography, videography, and content creation efforts when needed.
- Maintain marketing timelines and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Help support events and local marketing initiatives.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Salary & Benefits$55,000 - $60,000 annual salary.
Paid Time and Holidays Off: 2 weeks’ vacation, 12 personal/sick days of paid time off as applicable through the calendar year.
