Job Overview
Bose Corporation is seeking a Culture & Sports Marketing Specialist to define and execute activation strategies across sports and culture.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage culture & sports experiential activations to ensure maximum brand impact.
- Track cultural trends and nuances across key markets to inform activation strategy.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with talent, brand partners, and agencies.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage new talent and brand partnerships, ensuring timely contract execution and payments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to develop partnership activation plans, contract terms, content development, and alignment with business priorities and brand messaging.
- Assist with measurement frameworks to evaluate potential partnerships and current portfolio performance.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and KPIs with precision and professionalism.
- 4+ years of partnership marketing experience, ideally within fast‑paced brand, marketing/experiential, or talent agency environments.
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast‑moving workflows.
- Modern marketing instincts and a work ethic that drives programs from concept to execution.
- Deep understanding of traditional, lifestyle, fitness, and niche sports marketing, as well as experiential, brand collaboration, and celebrity influencer marketing.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships and activations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Primary location:
New York, New York.
Hiring range: $100,800 – $138,600. Compensation beyond base salary may include bonus programs, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, exclusive perks supporting well‑being, and a generous employee discount across Bose products and experiences.
