Senior Consultant – Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue growth, trade promotions, and go-to-market effectiveness
• Lead and support client engagements in commercial planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Utilize RGM analytics to provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and product portfolio strategies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high‑impact solutions
• Work in a collaborative team environment, leveraging creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and forward‑thinking strategies

• At least 4+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, focusing on commercial strategy and execution
• Broad experience across strategy, business operations, and IT, with deep understanding of their interdependencies
• Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
• High level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box
• Strong collaboration and teaming abilities, proven in dynamic and fast‑paced environments
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary range: $126,000 - $146,500
