Flex’s paid marketing function is scaling fast. We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to be the operational backbone of the team as we scale existing channels, launch TV and radio, rebrand, and expand our product offering beyond Rent
Flex’s paid marketing function is in a pivotal moment — scaling existing channels, launching TV and radio, going through a rebrand, and expanding beyond Rent. We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to be a core executor on the team
You’ll be hands‑on in the platforms while also acting as the connective tissue between our contractors, data, compliance, and engineering partners. This is a role for someone who knows paid media but is equally excited by building systems, working cross‑functionally, and using AI to do it better and faster

Execute day-to-day campaign management across paid channels — Meta, Tik Tok, Google, Apple Search Ads, and others — working alongside specialist contractors
Act as the internal coordination point across data, compliance, and engineering to support improvements in attribution, funnel performance, and platform setup
Support new channel launches and creative testing initiatives
Keep the operating system of the team running — tracking work streams, flagging risks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality across your day-to-day work

Qualifications

Experience with attribution tools or MMP platforms
High attention to detail and strong organizational habits — you manage timelines and keep work streams on track without being asked
Background in consumer apps, fintech, or regulated industries
Strong analytical instincts – you reach for data before drawing conclusions and are comfortable digging into performance metrics independently
Genuine curiosity about AI and real examples of using it to improve how you work
4-6 years of hands‑on paid social and/or search experience, with direct platform ownership (Meta and Tik Tok at minimum and Google ideal)
Concrete examples of using AI to automate or accelerate a marketing workflow
Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical partners with clear, structured communication
