TikTok Shop Manager

A high growth CPG brand are looking for a Tik Tok Shop Manager to spearhead their continued social commerce growth. You will work hands on across Tik Tok Shop and creator affiliate programmes. You will have oversight across content, creators, live shopping, eCommerce, and performance marketing.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through Tik Tok Shop, building a thriving affiliate network + activating brand advocates.

This is a hybrid role in Manhattan.

• Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of Tik Tok Shop
• Develop and execute promotional, merchandising, and affiliate growth strategies
• Build and manage relationships with creators and affiliates, from micro-influencers to larger partners
• Convert existing brand advocates and community members into active social sellers
• Create, source, and optimise high-performing shoppable content
• Develop and scale a live shopping programme, including creator-led events and product launches
• Monitor channel performance, profitability, and key commercial metrics
• Collaborate across marketing, social, and digital commerce teams to maximise conversion and revenue

• Strong understanding of creator partnerships, commission structures, seeding programmes, and social selling
