Digital Commerce Specialist, Amazon

We are seeking a talented Digital Commerce Specialist, Amazon, to assist in all aspects of Amazon site merchandising, product management, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and interested in growing our e-commerce business. You will work with the team to help create a seamless online shopping experience and support initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Work with Assistant Manager on all day-to-day oversight of Amazon, including product catalog maintenance, onsite merchandising, and overall site monitoring.
• Ensure store product offerings are optimized through sales analysis and competitive research.
• Conduct store QA and work with development team to resolve any issues.
• Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends with market research, best practices, and ensure the brand remains competitive in the online marketplace.

• 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role, preferably Amazon 1P/3P.
• General understanding of Amazon platform.
• Salsify experience a plus or other PIM platforms.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Knowledge of the retail or beauty industry a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Associates of Science (A.S) or Bachelor of Science (B.S).

• 0–2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field.

• Amazon Webstore, E‑Commerce, Merchandising, Microsoft Excel, Salsify Product Experience Management Platform.

• English.

Hourly rate: 21.50 – 39.75 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, education, experience, and location.
