Intern, Copywriter Responsibilities
- Support the copy team across a wide range of projects, including brand, digital, print, presentation, and experiential work
- Assist with all forms of copy
- Help prep, organize, and maintain design files for internal and client‑facing use
- Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and team discussions
- Gain exposure to real client work and how creative teams collaborate across disciplines
- Learn agency workflows, creative process, and best practices
- Perform other creative‑related duties as specified by your manager
- Currently pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, or a similar field
- Be fearless and not afraid to fail
- A natural curiosity for the unique, buzz‑worthy, and culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas
- Optimism to think bigger, curiosity to dig deeper, and passion to do better
- A portfolio of student or personal work demonstrating visual thinking and craftsmanship
- A passionate desire to be part of an agency built for marketing today
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment
- Natural interest and awareness in design, culture, media, and creative trends
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including the global cultural marketing agency 160/90, the global licensing business IMG Licensing, and the entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). All internships are in the office and in person.
In addition to hands‑on experience, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops covering Linked In profile enhancement, resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.
Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the internship location.

Roles will be filled on a rolling basis, with the goal of extending most offers by mid‑March. - June 8 – August 14: US internship program dates
- June 29 – September 4: EMEA internship program dates

Pay and BenefitsWe offer paid internships; rates vary by location and typically align with local required minimums. Hiring rate minimum: $18.50 hourly. Hiring rate maximum: $18.50 hourly. Benefits include health care, retirement, vacation, paid time off, and other paid offerings.
