The Senior Manager, Content Strategy is responsible for defining and leading the content strategy for the Nature Made brand to increase brand reach and visibility. Leveraging deep consumer insights, channel analytics, and brand context, you will craft messaging and stories that build trust, foster discovery, educate, and drive conversion. You will ensure cohesive execution of content across channels in partnership with internal teams, delivering engaging consumer-facing content across key consumer touchpoints.
You will connect content efforts across social, website, eCommerce and other channels through orchestration of integrated planning, collaboration with stakeholders, and the sharing of insights and best practices. You will align brand content objectives, set priorities, and measure performance in support of business goals. This role reports to the Senior Director, Brand Activation.
Hiring this role does not include immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a unified content strategy for Nature Made across all consumer touchpoints, aligning content plans with business objectives
- Create and manage an integrated content calendar/roadmap that defines key content themes and campaigns throughout the year.
- Identify opportunities for brand storytelling and content innovation
, leading strategic content initiatives that bring these narratives to life across channels. - Leverage consumer insights and data (including SEO trends, social listening, web analytics) to inform content priorities and optimizations
- Own the development, alignment, and management of processes to develop and approve content across channels
- Partner on development and adoption of tools and technology including knowledge graphs, AI content generation tools, project management tools.
The ideal candidate is a visionary content leader with a passion for turning great content into a cohesive brand growth engine. You are an experienced content strategist who brings editorial instincts, a heart for storytelling, a genuine commitment to serving consumer needs, and a data-informed mindset, to develop platform-native content strategies in collaboration with creative and channel teams.
Critical Success Factors- A track record of driving results through deep audience understanding, brand storytelling, and channel-native approach to content.
- An ability to drive strategy through to execution – you are equally comfortable setting the long-term vision, and working with the teams to bring it to life.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making built on a foundation of creativity, innovation and experimentation
- An ability to design processes and systems that enable complex workflows to move forward with transparency and accountability
- A personal passion for health and wellness and a desire to connect audiences with wellness information they can trust
- A positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a focus on helping others succeed
- 8+ years of experience working in content marketing, including 3+ years as the content marketing lead for a consumer brand.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working in CPG wellness, or an equivalent category with scientific and regulatory complexity.
- Fluency with a range of content channels including website, social media, eCommerce, and paid partnerships.
National Target Base Pay Range: $ - $. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $133,000 - $221,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
