Job Description

At Condé Nast, our events are more than live experiences — they are cultural moments that bring our brands to life in the real world. From iconic tentpole franchises to immersive editorial experiences, Condé Nast events sit at the intersection of culture, storytelling, entertainment, luxury, and influence. Produced by the Events Studio — the centralized experiential team within Revenue Marketing — these experiences bring together the people who define culture alongside the partners who champion it, creating moments that only Condé Nast can produce.

Working closely with Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and external partners, the team translates Condé Nast’s storytelling and brand authority into experiences that drive both cultural impact and business results.

Responsibilities Support Live Event Production
  • Support the execution of tentpole franchises, custom events, partner activations, and internal experiences across the Events Studio
  • Assist with event logistics including vendor coordination, production schedules, venue operations, guest experience, talent logistics, and onsite management
  • Help maintain production timelines, run‑of‑show documents, staffing plans, and event communications
  • Contribute to delivering polished, high‑quality experiences that reflect Condé Nast’s creative and editorial standards
Collaborate Across the Events Studio
  • Work fluidly across brands based on bandwidth, skill set, and expertise — stepping in where your support creates the most value
  • Partner closely with producers and cross‑functional teams to support successful event execution
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑oriented team culture across the Events Studio
Support Planning & Coordination
  • Assist in the development of production documents, budgets, timelines, and scopes of work
  • Help ensure strong alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle
  • Support procurement, staffing coordination, budget tracking, and production workflows across projects
Drive Production Excellence
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date production documentation across assigned projects
  • Support team workflows, processes, and operational best practices
  • Participate in post‑event recaps and team feedback conversations to support continuous improvement across the Events Studio
What Success Looks Like
  • You contribute to culturally resonant experiences that are strategically grounded, creatively ambitious, and exceptionally executed
  • Event concepts translate into clear, cohesive guest experiences that resonate with audiences, partners, and stakeholders
  • Editorial, Revenue, Marketing, and client partners feel informed, aligned, and supported throughout the event lifecycle
  • You contribute to a collaborative Events Studio culture that supports both editorial excellence and Revenue Marketing objectives
  • Events are operationally sound, with strong production planning, clear communication, and seamless onsite execution
  • Internal teams and stakeholders have clarity around event scope, deliverables, and executional responsibilities
  • You help support thoughtful systems, workflows, and production standards that elevate the broader Events Studio
  • You bring curiosity, flexibility, and strong executional instincts to every project you support
Profile
  • 2–4+ years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, media, brand partnerships, hospitality, production, project management, marketing, or other fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Interest in experiential production and a passion for culture, storytelling, audience experience, and live events
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in fast‑moving environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Excited to grow within a highly collaborative experiential team environment
  • Flexible, proactive team player who is eager to contribute across brands, formats, and event types
