Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of Campaign strategy, campaign goals, messaging, and performance
- Provide hands‑on campaign execution, management and oversight on platforms
- Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights and optimization opportunities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns
- Strong experience managing Direct to consumer or conversion-based media campaigns
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, or manage junior team members
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
