Social Media Internship & Front Desk

• Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In).
• Schedule and publish social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels, track engagement metrics, and provide insights.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategy.
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage correspondence.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including scheduling and data entry.
