- Show genuine interest in your clients’ business and overarching industry Campaign Planning & Execution.
- Understand strategy and planning, developing skills to respond to a brief creatively with clear strategic thinking.
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and manage events (e.g., coordinating venues, overseeing press materials, managing suppliers, etc.).
- Ensure that campaign activation is executed to the highest standard, while remaining on schedule and within budget (and proactively flagging any issues or concerns to AD’s or VP’s in advance).
- Oversee OOP budget tracking and client‑related expenses.
- Start to develop an understanding of internal finance processes as they relate to client OOP costs, including raising estimates and external POs.
- Expertise in the media landscape, especially in relation to the specific needs of your clients.

- Lead ongoing editorial coverage for clients, managing the team in securing opportunities from initial sell‑in to final delivery.
- Manage the team in monitoring editorial calendar opportunities and meeting long/short lead pitch deadlines.
- Oversee media monitoring for all client coverage/articles of interest, ensuring junior staff flag and report to the team and clients on time.
