Position Summary Vector Media is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-driven VP of Experiential Marketing to build, scale, and lead our experiential marketing department from the ground up at our New York City headquarters. Reporting directly to the EVP of Marketing, this foundational leadership role operates in a dynamic, "startup-feel" environment where you will integrate groundbreaking experiential strategies with our broader mobility marketing efforts.
You will be fully responsible for the end-to-end activation lifecycle—translating client goals into impactful concepts, managing detailed design and vendor contracting, overseeing production logistics, and executing campaigns that elevate brand engagement and deliver exceptional value. This position requires a strategic builder with deep expertise in production logistics and cross-functional leadership to ensure all programs are delivered seamlessly, resources are optimized efficiently, and campaigns drive sustainable commercial success.
This role will lead a high-performing experiential marketing team and is required to be in the office at least three days per week. Base Salary Pay Range Details: $125,000 - $150,000 per year. This role includes a base salary and annual bonus potential. The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

What You’ll Bring 10+ years of experience in experiential production, event operations, or related project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
