Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with operations team leaders to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand identity and business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including menus, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand interaction.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM) initiatives and promotional events to increase customer traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure promotional activities are effectively implemented at the unit level.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key metrics for review by the Operations brand leaders.
  • Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior marketing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Functions
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and marketing software/tools.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to travel to new openings/other restaurant locations as needed.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site at the head office in Flushing, NY.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required.
