Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketing Manager that will help lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Holderness & Bourne’s digital marketing advertising efforts across paid media, customer retention, and emerging acquisition channels. This role requires a highly analytical marketer who can balance brand stewardship with performance-driven decision-making to maximize return on marketing investment and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Management – Own day‑to‑day management of partner agencies and optimization of paid media programs, including Meta, Google, You Tube, Tik Tok, Reddit, programmatic, and emerging platforms; develop audience segmentation, prospecting, retargeting, and customer retention strategies; collaborate with creative and e‑commerce, and merchandising teams to develop high‑performing ad creative and messaging; continuously test audiences, creative, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Customer Retention – Partner with the marketing and e‑commerce teams to support customer retention initiatives through email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing; develop strategies to improve customer engagement, repeat purchase behavior, and loyalty; leverage customer data to build targeted audience segments and personalized marketing programs.
  • Analytics & Optimization – Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure channel performance, attribution, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend; translate complex performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership; lead testing initiatives across channels to improve conversion rates, engagement, and revenue performance; monitor industry trends, platform changes, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities; leverage AI‑powered marketing and analytics tools to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, creative testing, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with E‑Commerce, Creative, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives; partner with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, support inventory priorities, and optimize promotional strategies; contribute to annual planning, budgeting, and growth forecasting.
Qualifications
  • 2‑5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within apparel, consumer products, or e‑commerce.
  • Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, SEO, and CRM.
  • Highly analytical with strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for premium brands, golf, and customer‑centric marketing is a plus.

Location / Travel Requirements

This position will be based at our headquarters at 12 Labriola Court, in Armonk, New York. We are open to Hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.
