We’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing & Communications with deep expertise in growth analytics and Adobe Analytics to drive transformative performance measurement and strategic decision-making across our organization. Based in the vibrant New York City area (preferably Hudson Yards), this hybrid position offers the chance to influence the future of marketing analytics in a dynamic, regulated industry.

• Pay rate: $60–$80 hourly W2

  New York, NY – 3x a week onsite

• 15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or consulting, with a proven track record of building enterprise-level analytics capabilities.
• Expertise in full‑funnel marketing measurement, including experimentation, attribution, and AI‑driven insights.
• Deep mastery of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) – non‑negotiable.
• Strong technical fluency with Python and Power BI, with the ability to interpret complex analytics and guide teams effectively without heavy hands‑on engineering.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing executive decision‑making and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with in regulated industries like financial services or insurance is highly preferred.

• Broader marketing technology exposure, especially in agency environments.
• Experience modernizing analytics platforms and leading transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related fields.
• Significant leadership experience – ability to develop and inspire high‑performing teams, mentor junior talent, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
