Overview
$50 Billion Global Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a Head of Compliance Marketing/Distribution
- Reporting to the CCO
- Supervising a staff of 2-3
- Overseeing Broker Dealer, all Distribution Activities for North America
- Global Marketing Review
- Responsible for Overseeing all Regulatory Compliance Activities related to Product Distribution, & Marketing
- Review and Creation of All Marketing & Advertising Materials for Registered Investment Adviser and Private Funds
- Responsible for Policies and Procedures, Filings, Training, Compliance Testing, & Strategic Initiatives
- Review Marketing Materials for Product Launches
- Responsible for Review & Approval of Regulatory Filings
- Implement Processes Related to Marketing and Distribution
- Oversee Broker-Dealer Regulatory Requirements.
- Prepare, Develop & Update all Advertising Related Procedures & Training Materials
- Cross-Border Marketing
- 10+ Years Compliance Experience at a FINRA Broker-Dealer
- Strong Marketing Review Compliance Experience
- Series 24 a Must
- Knowledge of SEC and FINRA Advertising Rules and Securities Laws
Base Salary 250k-275k Base+ Bonus. ~500k all in. Hybrid Schedule.
