The Role

We're looking for a Director, Paid Social to lead full-funnel paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement for a portfolio of high-growth clients. As a senior leader on the team, you'll drive strategic client partnerships, solve complex performance challenges, and collaborate closely with experts across paid search, client strategy, creative, analytics, and programmatic to deliver integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable business results.

This role is ideal for an experienced paid social leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently balance strategic leadership with hands‑on expertise. You'll identify growth opportunities, connect paid social initiatives to broader business outcomes, mentor and develop team members, and help shape the future of the discipline by leveraging AI, automation, and scalable workflows to elevate performance and efficiency.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $135,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.

This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.

* This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.

** While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!

Will Be
  • Leading paid social strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, with responsibility for planning, execution, optimization, testing, measurement, and performance storytelling
  • Serving as a senior paid social partner to clients, including leading strategic conversations, performance readouts, growth planning discussions, and escalation recommendations
  • Developing full‑funnel paid social strategies across brand awareness, consideration, ecommerce conversion, retention, creative testing, incrementality, lift studies, MMM inputs, and MER/CAC/LTV analysis
