Summary

Support the online merchandising team by executing digital assortments, maintaining product content, and helping optimize the customer experience on the site. Work cross-functionally with buying, creative, and operations to ensure product pages are accurate, compelling, and live on schedule. Contribute to merchandising initiatives that drive conversion and sales performance.

• Assist in creating and updating product pages, including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes.
• Execute online assortments, merchandising directives, and promotional content on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor product performance and assist with basic sales and inventory analysis to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with buying, marketing, and operations to ensure timely product launches and content accuracy.
• Ensure product data quality and resolve listing exceptions or image issues.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in merchandising, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 1‑2 years of retail or e-commerce merchandising experience or internship experience in digital retail.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and PIM systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple product launches.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
