👋About the Role:
We’re looking for a Carousel Design Intern who can turn soundbites from Molo9's content into prestigious, beautifully designed carousels for Linked In and Instagram
.
You’ll help us distill our top content (from interviews, guides, Q&As, and playbooks) into posts that educate, inspire, and make people click "buy-now."
You’ll work directly with Adi Soozin and the content team to make sure the visual storytelling on social matches the high-level thinking behind it.
You will have clear KPIs to show for you work, by the end of the summer.
🚀 What You'll Do:- Design scroll-stopping carousels (9:16 and 1:1 formats) using Figma
, Canva
, or Adobe Illustrator - Collaborate on layout, color, type hierarchy, and swipeable storytelling
- Stay on top of top-performing formats across Linked In & Instagram (and remix them for Molo9™)
- Organize & archive carousel templates for reuse and iteration
- Love design and understand content strategy
- Can design clean, modern carousels with bold hooks and smooth flow
- Know your way around Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools
- Study creators like Alex Hormozi, Rachel Karten, and Dan Koe
- Want a portfolio of work that impresses serious brands and founders
- How to visually package content for ultra-high-value audiences
- The psychology behind slide-by-slide retention
- Real marketing strategy from the team behind campaigns used by 6-, 7-, and 8-figure startups
- The difference between good design and growth-driving design
