This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping how the world’s largest non‑traded REIT communicates with its investors. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of investment strategy, marketing, fundraising, and translating complex real‑estate themes into compelling narratives that drive capital formation.
Responsibilities- Developing marketing materials and investor communications, partnering with business leaders and teams across Blackstone Real Estate to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other communications (e.g., webinars, video content, investor memoranda).
- Developing polished, executive‑ready presentations in PowerPoint, including slide decks, charts, and visual storytelling materials for internal leadership and external investors.
- Supporting the fundraising team and senior leadership, including production of talking points, ad‑hoc presentations, and strategic projects.

- Synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling points of view tailored to institutional and retail audiences.
- Developing product knowledge, building deep fluency in BREIT’s portfolio, performance drivers, and competitive positioning to serve as a strong resource for the team.
- 2+ years of professional experience in shareholder relations, investor relations, marketing, research, asset management, or real‑estate private equity.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience building visually compelling, publication‑quality presentations from scratch.
- Exceptional writing skills, with experience producing clear, concise, data‑driven content.
- Experience connecting top‑down macro trends with bottom‑up real‑estate fundamentals.
- Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, highly analytical environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the experience working cross‑functionally across investment, research, and investor relations teams.
- Familiarity with commercial real‑estate metrics, terminology, and market dynamics preferred.
- Expected annual base salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 (actual base salary determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location).
- Additional compensation and benefits: comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and possible equity or other incentive compensation.
