The Opportunity

As an Senior Account Executive, Social/Digital, you will:

      Help track project timelines, budgets and scopes, proactively identifying potential risks or changes.
    • Workflow Coordination:
      Manage day-to-day project workflows across integrated teams to keep deliverables on track and ensure work moves efficiently.
    • Resource & Staffing Support:
      Accurately manage time in Harvest, flag utilization concerns and communicate upcoming resource needs.
    • Team Development:
      Support junior team members through day-to-day guidance, knowledge sharing and leading by example.
  • Effective Communication
    • Client Correspondence:
      Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing routine communications, status meetings and follow-ups with confidence.
    • Written Deliverables:
      Develop polished client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Presentation Development:
      Contribute to presentations by developing clear narratives, incorporating insights and ensuring high-quality materials.

      Present work streams, campaign updates and recommendations confidently in internal and client meetings.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Research & Channel Audits:
      Conduct channel audits, competitive reviews and social listening, translating findings into actionable insights.

      Apply audience, platform and category knowledge to inform content recommendations and campaign planning.
    • Integrated Thinking:
      Contribute ideas that connect earned, influencer and social channels to support broader communications objectives.
