We are seeking a highly conceptual and culturally attuned Senior Experiential Creator to join a creative team focused on developing compelling brand experiences and events. This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background, excellent creative instincts, and the ability to translate ideas into immersive, visually engaging experiences.

• 6+ years of conceptual creative experience, with a strong focus on brand experiences and live events
• Agency experience is required
• A genuine interest in beauty, culture, and aesthetics, with a strong point of view on what resonates in these spaces
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop original ideas into cohesive experience frameworks
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas through visuals, narrative, and presentations
• Experience directing and overseeing both 2D and 3D designers, with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback
• Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting to internal teams, clients, and during pitch processes
• A practical understanding of budgets and how to concept within production realities
• Experience designing with content capture and social amplification in mind
• Curiosity and confidence using AI tools as part of the creative process, including concept development, visual exploration, and idea generation
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• On-site art direction experience, including areas such as set dressing, prop curation, tablescaping, and installation direction, is a plus
