Brand Marketing Manager​/Sr. Associate

About the Role

We're looking for an awesome Brand Marketing Manager/Sr. Associate to help define and evolve how our brand shows up in the world. You'll lead a range of brand initiatives including but not limited to; organic social, influencer and affiliate marketing, and community building, while also continuing to shape the voice and creative expression of the brand that our customers love us for.

You'll be responsible for everything from organic content creation to working with our PR team, collaborating closely with designers and cross-functional teammates to bring brand storytelling to life.

• Develop and manage a robust social media content calendar across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, and any emerging platforms, including recurring brand series and franchise content.
• Oversee community building and management by setting the tone for DMs, comments, and proactive social engagement.
• Produce or source engaging content, including UGC, short-form video, and brand visuals.
• Lead strategy and communication for influencer and affiliate marketing, including gifting, ambassador, and paid partnerships, and manage ongoing influencer relationships.
• Plan and execute product launches, activations, and pop-ups that bring the brand to life in physical and experiential formats.
• Collaborate closely with Founder/CEO to continue evolving our branding, amplify our brand story in creative ways, and understand our brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
• Brainstorm and execute innovative and creative brand collaborations and partnerships.
• Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to support creative outputs for marketing assets. Manage our in-house design team through task allocation, briefs, reviews, and feedback cycles.
• Own PR and gifting strategy with our PR partners, ensuring voice alignment and approving influencer + media selections and creative output.

• 4+ years in brand marketing, content, or creative strategy roles — ideally at a DTC, lifestyle, or fashion brand
• Experience at a fast-growing startup, comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving brand
• Proven track record of successful product launches, activations, and/or pop-up execution
• Strong writing and communication skills with a sharp eye for visual storytelling; skilled at brand storytelling across formats
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and digital culture
• Experience with influencer outreach, relationship management, and affiliate performance tools/platforms
• Experience working with PR partners and/or press/media relations
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Experienced managing creative teams or freelancers and giving thoughtful feedback
• Able to work cross-functionally across design, retention, product, and performance
• Must be based in New York and able to commute to our Manhattan office.

• Experience working with lifestyle and fashion DTC brands.
• Intermediate video editing skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe Suite.
• Passion for community-building and authentic storytelling.
• Experience interpreting data across social media & advertising platforms.
• Flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Expected Total Compensation Range: $100,000–$150,000
