We are hiring recent university graduates to grow the next generation of analytics services professionals through our Analytics Development Program.

• What it IS: A data‑driven, customer‑facing role where you'll work directly with media agencies and pharmaceutical brand teams. You will use the Crossix Measurement Suite to help the world’s leading pharmaceutical brands optimize their marketing, ultimately helping them deliver life‑changing treatments to patients more effectively.
• What it IS NOT: This is not a sales role. You will not be cold‑calling, hunting leads, or chasing sales quotas. It is also not a back‑end technical programming position.

• Translate Data into Strategy:
  Partner with experienced team members to translate complex healthcare data into compelling, high‑impact stories. You will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations that directly influence the multi‑million dollar marketing investments of leading global pharmaceutical brands.
• Consult Directly with Clients:
  Serve as a strategic advisor to media agencies and pharma brand teams. You will quickly become an expert on the Crossix Measurement Suite, helping clients interpret their data, answer critical business questions, and maximize the value of our platform.
• Own Your Deliverables:
