Overview
We re looking for a senior marketing leader to own and build the marketing function at Grand Charter. You ll set the strategy and run the engine across brand, organic social, paid acquisition, and content while managing and mentoring a growing team. If you want real ownership of how a fast moving legal tech company shows up in the world, this role is for you.
Responsibilities- Own marketing strategy and execution across brand, content, organic social, and paid acquisition
- Lead the transition of marketing in-house, building processes and systems from the ground up
- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google, owning budget, targeting, and performance
- Oversee organic social across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok, including managing outside creators for UGC and video content
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members as the function grows
- Partner directly with leadership, design, and operations to shape how Grand Charter shows up in the market
- Own marketing for events, launches, and campaigns across our product lines
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or another fast moving startup environment
- Proven experience owning paid acquisition end to end, from strategy to reporting
- Strong grasp of organic social and content strategy across Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
- Experience managing people, agencies, or freelance creators
- A builder s mindset — comfortable creating structure, process, and strategy
- Sharp instincts for brand voice and visual consistency, professional but never boring
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to context switch rapidly
- Bonus points if you ve brought a marketing function in house or built one from scratch
