MARLI New York is seeking a visionary, highly collaborative Creative Director to define and elevate the visual narrative of our luxury jewelry brand. You will oversee the end‑to‑end creative ecosystem, from product launch campaigns and high‑jewelry storytelling to digital presence, packaging, and store experiences. The ideal candidate possesses an immaculate eye for luxury aesthetics, a deep respect for jewelry craftsmanship, and a proven track record of creating emotional, high‑end brand narratives that resonate with affluent global consumers.

• Brand Strategy & Vision: Establish and maintain a cohesive, ultra‑elevated visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency from high‑end print ads to digital platforms and retail packaging.
• Campaign Ideation & Execution: Concept and direct 360‑degree seasonal campaigns, product launches, and experiential events, translating business objectives into captivating visual stories.
• Art Direction: Lead photography, video, and editorial shoots. Curate top‑tier external talent, including photographers, stylists, set designers, and casting agencies.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire an in‑house creative studio of graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

  Partner closely with Product Design, Merchandising, PR, and Marketing teams to ensure creative initiatives align with collection launches and commercial goals.
• Trend & Market Insight: Stay ahead of shifts in the luxury market, contemporary art, culture, and digital landscapes to keep the brand relevant while honoring its core heritage.

• Experience: 8–10 years of progressive creative experience in luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry, with at least 5 years in a dedicated leadership or director‑level role.
• BA or BFA in design or advertising.
• Portfolio: An exceptional portfolio demonstrating sophisticated art direction, refined typography, storytelling, and an innate understanding of the luxury market's restraint and elegance.
• Industry Fluency: Deep knowledge of jewelry casting, metalwork, and gemology aesthetics is highly preferred, though luxury fashion/beauty experience is acceptable.

• Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 per year (dependent on exact experience, portfolio strength, and depth of jewelry‑specific expertise).
