I’m partnering with a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Growth Lead to help scale their acquisition and go-to-market efforts.
This is a high-impact role working closely with the leadership team, owning growth initiatives across demand generation, experimentation, analytics, lifecycle, and conversion optimisation.
What you’ll own:- Build and optimise growth channels across the funnel
- Run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and conversion
- Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities
- Support GTM initiatives across marketing, sales, and product
- Build repeatable processes to help scale growth efforts
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience running experiments
- Comfortable being hands‑on and owning projects end‑to‑end
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology companies is a plus
