Responsibilities
- Support media relations activities by maintaining targeted media lists, monitoring coverage, researching opportunities, and assisting with media outreach efforts.
- Coordinate editorial product loans, track requests and placements, and maintain accurate reporting, coverage, and clipping summaries.
- Organize press materials, imagery, product information, and other brand assets to support storytelling initiatives and media opportunities.
- Support PR events, product launches and influencer activations by coordinating logistics, vendors, gifting, travel, and event‑related communications.
- Partner with marketing, creative, digital, eCommerce, retail, and customer experience teams to execute integrated campaigns and provide social media support during key brand moments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, influencer activity, and best practices to contribute ideas and support innovation across PR and social media initiatives.
- Support execution of the brand's social media strategy by assisting with content calendars, platform management, and campaign coordination across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
- Monitor social media activity and engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and mentions while maintaining a positive, brand‑aligned community experience.
- Monitor social sentiment, identify engagement opportunities, and elevate customer service issues, sensitive inquiries, or potential brand concerns when appropriate.
- Track and report on social media performance, engagement trends, and audience insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in public relations, social media, marketing, or communications.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media best practices.
- Experience using social media management, media monitoring, or reporting tools preferred.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events.
