Summary
The Account Omni-Channel Manager will support the Sephora account by driving strategic and commercial growth across brick-and-mortar and e‑commerce channels. This full-time, New York–based role (four days per week onsite) requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, program execution, and project management to ensure timely product launches, promotions, and 360° brand activations.
Responsibilities- Support development and execution of the annual Sephora business plan, including launch strategy, promotional calendar, assortment priorities, and growth drivers.
- Align brick-and-mortar, e-retail, launch timing, and promotional cadence with internal and Sephora partners to deliver a seamless omni‑channel experience.
- Prepare and present strategies, business analyses, and recommendations for leadership reviews and internal meetings.
- Own trackers, calendars, launch timelines, and activation recaps to ensure initiatives are executed on time and communicated to field and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional readiness for commercial activations (digital, visual merchandising, education, field) and act as day‑to‑day partner to Sephora teams for issue resolution.
- Manage in‑store and event budgets, monitoring reconciliation and alignment with approved spend.
- Analyze retail sales and post‑launch performance, provide sell‑out insights, and monitor competitive and market activity to inform recommendations.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, trade marketing, or commercial functions.
- Experience in prestige beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer goods strongly preferred;
Sephora experience a plus. - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and strong interpersonal ability to build effective relationships across internal and external partners.
