About the Role:
Dashing Diva is hiring a Media Manager to lead our media program and channel strategy — in partnership with our external agency and aligned with Ecommerce and Marketing leads. Our agency runs Meta and Google buying and supports performance creative; you partner with and support that relationship, set the channel and testing strategy, run our in-house channels (Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) hands-on, and own the measurement and insights that steer the whole program.
You'll drive planning, pacing, and optimization against efficiency targets, keep reporting accurate and trusted, and turn learnings into actions that drive growth. This is a lead role for a strategic operator — someone who owns the media strategy day-to-day and still gets hands-on in the platforms.
You’ll partner with senior media (advisory) and Ecommerce and Marketing leadership on overall business direction and budget, and you lead the media function day-to-day — owning the media strategy and its execution, in partnership with the agency. You're also the on-the-ground point of contact across Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Creative, and Data.
What You Will Do:Media Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the day-to-day media strategy and channel plan across paid and owned media — in partnership with the agency and aligned to business goals and the approved budget.
- Own the channel-mix and investment recommendations; decide where to lean in and out based on performance and franchise priorities, and bring clear recommendations to leadership.
- Set and drive the testing and optimization roadmap across creative, audience, bidding, and landing pages.
- Translate revenue and franchise goals into media plans and forecasts, with a clear POV on what's working and what's next.
- Run our in-house channels hands-on (Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Snapchat/Reddit as active) — builds, budgets, audiences, bid strategy, and landing-page alignment.
- Partner with and support our external paid-media agency (Darkroom), which runs Meta and Google buying and supports performance creative: partner on the weekly cadence, share clear priorities and direction from the plan, review delivery and pacing, and QA campaign structures and tracking.
- Own pacing and optimization across the full program (in-house + agency-run) against $300K+ monthly budgets, with disciplined pacing against efficiency targets.
- Drive campaigns toward CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, and CVR goals; align budgets, bid strategies, and account structure to revenue and growth.
- Identify and scale winning keywords, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers — partnering with the agency where the buying sits with them.
- Own cross-channel performance analysis, grounded in GA4, Triple Whale, and platform reporting.
- Maintain consistent reporting that prioritizes insights and actions — not just metrics.
- Deliver recurring outputs: weekly performance recap (what changed, why, what's next); monthly business review (platform + blended efficiency); launch/promo pre-post readouts with learnings and recommendations.
- Ensure measurement hygiene: naming conventions, UTMs, conversion-event alignment, and channel definitions.
- Partner with Triple Whale / Elevar to improve data quality, resolve attribution gaps, and align on a shared source of truth.
- Partner with the Data & Insights Analyst to align reporting and learnings; support ad hoc leadership analysis with fast turnaround and a clear POV.
- Evaluate creative across formats, hooks, messaging, and offers; translate findings into clear creative feedback and briefs.
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap across creative, audience, bidding, and landing-page strategy; document learnings and next tests.
- Partner with the agency, Creative, and Ecommerce to close the loop between performance data and creative output — briefing and partnering on performance creative and evaluating what the agency produces.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch and promo execution in person; own the media side of the launch calendar and keep creative deadlines, landing…
