Media Trainee

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Trainee to support paid media planning and execution for print, digital, and out-of-home campaigns in New York City. This part-time, entry-level role collaborates with Retail and Wholesale teams and reports to the Senior Media & Marketing Manager, Americas. The position offers hands-on experience in campaign coordination, performance analysis, and asset management within a fast-paced luxury fashion marketing team.

• Assist in planning and executing paid media and marketing campaigns across print, digital, and out-of-home channels.
• Maintain and update media plans, campaign timelines, specifications, and budget allocations.
• Support preparation of post-campaign analysis reports and performance insights.
• Coordinate allocation and delivery of creative assets for various activations.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform campaign development.
• Manage campaign documentation, proof-of-posting, screenshots, and meeting minutes.

• 1-2 years of experience in media, communications, or marketing; relevant internships considered.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent spreadsheet management and advanced Excel skills.
• Passion for fashion, social media, and both traditional and digital media landscapes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment.
