AI-Powered Architect & Growth Writer

Gloss Genius is seeking a Senior Copywriter & AI Systems Architect to reinvent how marketing copy is created and scaled, combining hands-on writing with the development of AI-powered systems that elevate the entire marketing organization.

Responsibilities will include:

• Write across the full marketing funnel, including paid social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and campaigns, bringing business-owner pain points to life and demonstrating how Gloss Genius provides unique solutions.
• Architect and build AI-powered copywriting and copy-review systems, designing and iterating workflows and tools to ensure brand standards and efficiency.
• Build and maintain a living style guide and brand voice framework to serve as the foundation for all copy and systems.
• Serve as the editorial authority, setting standards, running AI-powered copy reviews, providing feedback, and coaching partners to improve messaging decisions.
• Develop integrated campaign messaging, creative territories, and taglines that differentiate Gloss Genius in the market.
• Stay current on brand and performance marketing trends and AI systems, bringing new perspectives and innovations to the team.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of copywriting experience with a portfolio spanning brand, performance, and lifecycle marketing.
• Are fluent in outcomes-first writing, translating product features into business impact and customer transformation, with a strong narrative approach.
• Have experience setting copy standards at an organizational level through style guides, voice frameworks, or AI-powered writing systems.
• Possess hands-on AI fluency, having built AI writing tools and workflows that improved team operations.
• Have strong performance marketing instincts and understand what drives conversion in competitive environments.
• Bring a clear point of view on what great creative looks like and can rally cross-functional partners around your perspective.

Total Compensation

The base salary for this role in New York is between $145,000-$170,000 plus target equity and benefits, dependent upon skills, experience, and education.
