The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign execution, helping draft marketing copy for digital channels, and coordinating content for social media and email communications. Responsibilities include conducting basic market research, organizing customer and competitor insights, and contributing to presentations or reports for internal stakeholders. The intern will also help with outreach and sales support tasks, such as preparing materials for prospective customers and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
This role offers hands‑on experience in marketing operations, exposure to strategy discussions, and opportunities to learn from experienced marketing professionals.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Foundational market research skills, such as gathering data, summarizing findings, and identifying trends relevant to learning products or services.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles, with an interest in supporting outreach and maintaining positive customer interactions.
- Interest in marketing strategy, including learning how to position products, segment audiences, and support campaign planning.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms) and willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity about the future of learning and enthusiasm for working in a mission‑driven, education-focused company.
