Candidates must possess strong writing and project management skills and should be able to demonstrate thoughtful work product and acute attention to detail in a high-stakes, deadline-oriented environment.

• Support the creation and management of internal and external communications for various event-driven and ongoing financial matters
• Assist client teams in providing strategic advice on financial communications
• Serve as a day-to-day resource for internal teams and clients, advancing projects and ensuring awareness of deliverables and deadlines
• Develop relationships with key members of the financial and business media, focusing on traditional and digital media platforms most relevant to Collected’s clients and their industries
• Monitor news and trends within client industries to identify and leverage relevant issues and topics
• Assist senior Collected personnel in the creation of materials and execution of new business activity

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategic communications or investor relations (ideally in agency setting)
• Strong understanding of financial world
• Capacity and flexibility to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and writing abilities as well as verbal and presentation skills
• Best-in-class attention to detail
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion as a self-starter and proactive team player
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in learning about the world and how relevant global issues affect the businesses and industries of our clients
• Desire to participate in the development of a new and growing business
• Knowledge of social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Threads)
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Finance or related field
