• Support day‑to‑day management of client programs by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Assist with statements of work (SOWs), budget tracking, forecasting and scope management, and identify potential project risks or changes.
• Develop project timelines, maintain work plans, and coordinate priorities across client teams and specialty practices.
• Partner with client teams, finance, resource management, and agency specialists to facilitate communication and coordinate deliverables.
• Help maintain project templates, documentation and workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Build project management skills by working closely with experienced team members, contributing ideas, and supporting a collaborative learning environment.

• 3+ years of project management, account operations, or agency experience in public relations, advertising, digital, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with developing budgets, statements of work (SOWs), and project tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to keep teams informed and aligned.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear project plans and actionable next steps.
• Curiosity about improving workflows and supporting operational excellence.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas.
• A healthy sense of humor and the ability to stay calm, cool, and collected.

• Experience supporting integrated communications or marketing programs.
• Familiarity with agency financial processes or resource planning.
• Experience using project management or workflow management platforms.

$65,000 – $75,000 USD per year. Pay is based on education, qualifications, experience, geographic location, performance, travel, revenue metrics and business needs. Other components include annual bonuses, paid time off, and regional benefits.
