Media & PR Relations Intern
Location: ON Site / In-Office NYC / Hybrid

About the RoleThe Media & PR Relations Intern will support external communications by identifying media opportunities, building relationships with journalists, and helping secure press coverage for Gesture and its CEO.
Responsibilities- Research and compile media lists of relevant outlets, podcasts, and journalists.
- Draft press briefs, bios, and outreach materials.
- Support coordination of interviews, appearances, and speaking engagements.
- Track coverage and maintain media archives.
- Interest in public relations, marketing, or media production.
- Strong research and written communication skills.
- Professional email and correspondence etiquette.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Real project contribution – every intern ships a functioning feature.
- 1:1 mentorship with executives, biweekly growth sessions.
- Founders' roundtable fireside‑style meetings with the CEO and leadership.
