Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of Ig Franchise HCP promotional strategy
• Shape the customer experience strategy across the Ig business
• Drive alignment and execution excellence across promotional materials inventory management
• Partner with the IIS team to drive execution of the Franchise-wide ATU rollout
• Lead AI initiatives for the portfolio, ensuring leveraging of emerging AI tools for marketing efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Science, or a related field
• 6 years of commercial marketing, sales, strategy experience, including US marketing experience
• Prior experience leading brands, with deep knowledge of marketing discipline
• Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to synthesize scientific, clinical, and market insights into compelling commercial strategy
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience
• Self-motivated team player
• Strategic and highly agile
• Demonstrated experience with both consumer and HCP marketing
• Experience working with creative agencies

Demonstrates expertise in executing promotional strategies for healthcare professionals, leveraging market insights and AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency. Strong leadership in cross-functional collaboration and brand management within the commercial marketing landscape.
