Orion Sleep is seeking a Growth Lead who can build and manage a creator roster, negotiate partnerships, and drive paid campaigns that scale awareness for our sleep tech. You will own both creator outreach and content-driven paid growth, collaborating with paid media, lifecycle, brand, and ops to optimize performance.
You will report to the VP of Growth and shape the creator strategy across health, fitness, and design categories with an eye toward measurable ROI and robust partnerships.
