Responsibilities

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Ipsos Innovation & Market Strategy focused products and services
• Manages client relationships and anticipates future client needs
• Directs client service teams for flawless execution of market research projects
• Collaborates to continuously improve processes and understanding of client expectations
• Works with Account Managers to deliver key insights
• Present actionable insights to clients

• Strong understanding of consumer technology and financial service trends
• Understanding specific client needs in the context of broader business issues
• Ability to design research to address client objectives
• Quick learning and execution of Ipsos capabilities related to concept testing, forecasting, segmentation, A & U, shopper insights, brand positioning, and research execution
• Identifying more effective ways of doing things and implementing efficient procedures
• Delivering insightful findings and recommendations that address client issues
• Developing account plans and leading teams in implementation
• Handling dynamic workloads, prioritizing requests, and optimizing efficiency

Demonstrates expertise in market research methodologies and consumer technology trends, with a strong focus on delivering actionable insights and managing client relationships effectively. Capable of designing research strategies that align with client objectives and optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency.
