Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist include but are not limited to:- Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external promotional strategies that maximize awareness, engagement, and demand generation before, during, and after marketing campaigns, projects, events, and product launches.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies designed to achieve business objectives, including pipeline growth, customer acquisition, brand awareness, engagement, and customer advocacy.
- Partner with senior marketing leadership to define project goals, success metrics, audience strategies, messaging frameworks, and execution plans.
- Identify and pursue sponsored marketing opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative engagement programs that elevate brand visibility and business outcomes.
- Drive the creation of new virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences in collaboration with Partner Marketing and Customer Marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, market trends, and customer data to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that inform marketing strategy, content development, media investments, and audience targeting.
- Establish measurement frameworks and performance dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future investments.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and business reviews, translating performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Oversee the positioning, messaging, and development of content and marketing programs across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Ensure all campaigns and content align with brand standards, company voice, and audience needs.
- Drive the development and execution of innovative marketing communications strategies that generate media coverage, public amplification, and industry influence.
- Partner closely with content, design, and creative teams to ensure high-quality execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead complex media planning initiatives across digital, social, on-network, and off-network channels.
- Manage relationships with multiple media agencies and external partners, ensuring strategic alignment, performance accountability, and operational excellence.
- Elevate agency performance through clear direction, prioritization, performance management, and optimization strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large-scale media planning and collaborate with global media teams to scale successful programs across regions.
- Lead the strategy, development, implementation, and optimization of social media marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social selling, employee advocacy, executive and leadership activation programs, and influencer engagement strategies.
- Influence strategic decision-making through market insights, industry trends, and performance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, media strategy, campaign management, or related disciplines.
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Pay: $ 81.74/hr.
