Global CRM Executive

The Role...

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our Global Marketing team. The CRM Executive will play a critical role in the execution of email, push notification, and Whats App campaigns to our global audiences, with a focus on North America audiences. They will also be responsible for creating custom email modules and campaigns leveraging HTML and CSS, enhancing the overall member experience and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage their own workflow, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver high-quality campaigns within tight deadlines.

The Global CRM Executive will report into the Global CRM Manager.

• Campaign execution:
  Build, schedule, and deploy daily email and push notification campaigns to segmented audiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Segmentation and personalization:
  Collaborate with Marketing, Membership and Digital teams to identify target audiences, segment lists, and implement personalized messaging strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates
• Strong data skills:
  Ability to manage and manipulate datasets, following best practice to ensure data hygiene. Integrate data across different platforms to create segmentation and personalization
• HTML and CSS development:
  Leverage your proficiency in HTML and CSS to code and test custom email modules, templates and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and our email design system
• Quality assurance:
  Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of campaigns across various devices and platforms to ensure content is pixel-perfect and is optimized for rendering and functionality
• Analytics and reporting:
  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement
• Workflow management:
  Independently manage your workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle a high volume of campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years experience in CRM marketing, including email, push notifications, lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and dynamic content creation
• Strong HTML and CSS skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in campaign execution
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  
  Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for performance improvement
• Knowledge of email and push notification best practices, trends, and regulations
• CDP experience with Hightouch or similar a plus
• Periodic ‘on call’ weekends will be required

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is listed below. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

$95,000—$110,000 USD
