Social Media Associate

Job Summary

The role of Social Media Associate is part of the Brand Marketing team. You will support local and global marketing efforts to bring the JOE & THE JUICE brand to life across social media, community activations, and creative campaigns. The role is hands‑on, dynamic, and perfect for someone passionate about culture, creativity, and lifestyle branding.

• Support the Brand Marketing team with daily operations, coordination, and campaign execution for local and global initiatives
• Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, organizing assets, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms
• Contribute creative ideas for highlighting in‑store moments, brand activations, product launches, and community events
• Create, edit, and optimize short‑form content for Instagram and Tik Tok, maintaining a consistent and on‑brand tone
• Support the planning and rollout of social content for new product launches
• Monitor and engage with followers across external platforms, responding to comments and DMs to strengthen community and brand loyalty
• Assist with managing content and engagement on the internal employee social platform
• Help plan and execute community activations, local campaigns, and events
• Review feedback and performance metrics, and communicate learnings to support more effective future campaigns
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, coordinating content, campaigns, and activations to amplify brand reach

• Passion for social media, digital content, and brand marketing
• Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, detail, and clarity
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) and trends
• Creative mindset with eagerness to generate ideas for content and campaigns
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and taking direction from multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn about marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling
• Proficiency with Figma & Capcut
• Experience with Adobe Premier Pro (Preferred)
• Compensation: $28 per hour
