• Concept Development
  • Translating client objectives into strategic experiential concepts, attendee journeys, and thematic narratives that solve business challenges and event objectives
• Creative Direction
  • Owning the overall creative vision across assigned projects, ensuring every touchpoint supports a cohesive attendee experience and reflects the client s goals
• Articulating the thinking behind creative decisions.
• Connecting concepts to client priorities, audience needs, and measurable outcomes
• Pitch Development
  • Leading the creative development of proposals and presentations that clearly communicate concepts and support new business
• Presenting creative work with confidence, facilitating productive discussions, and building trusted client relationships through thoughtful feedback and strategic guidance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partnering with strategy, account, design, and production teams to develop concepts that are both creatively ambitious and executable
