You’ll also partner closely with Nasdaq’s People Experience team to communicate about our People Promise—the expression of what it’s like to work at Nasdaq—to candidates and colleagues alike.
You will be responsible for leading change and communication strategy, consultation, and delivery for high-profile, mission-critical projects at the enterprise, division or expert team, and local level. * Employ a continuous improvement mindset to suggest, test, and implement “whitespace” ideas to elevate the People@Nasdaq communications channels with an eye towards innovation and improving stakeholder engagement with, and understanding of, key concepts and relevant topics.
* Coordinate closely with the M&A Lead and PMO Lead for People@Nasdaq for all mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other M&A activities, including the creation and curation of defined M&A playbooks to facilitate employee understanding and reduce disruption and risk during times of transition, ultimately enabling the desired business outcomes associated with the deal.
* Work closely with the People@Nasdaq Communications Leader to develop the agenda, promote, and facilitate large-scale People@Nasdaq Communications events including a global Manager Forum, ‘Ask Me Anything’ all-hands, and internal People Team all-hands town halls.
* Leverage AI-assisted tools to create better deliverables and enable greater efficiency while enhancing with quality, consistency, and creativity of people team communication campaigns.
