Creator Marketing Intern

We're reimagining fashion shopping with AI avatars. To do this we're developing cutting-edge diffusion models and designing novel, personalized interfaces.

We're a small team of creative builders in NYC with a rare combination of taste and deep AI expertise. Previously we've shipped consumer products to millions at Apple, Deep Mind, Meta, and startups. Backed by the investors behind OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS, our company is positioned at the intersection of AI, technology, and culture.

We're looking for a resourceful Creator Marketing Intern to work in-person from our office in Brooklyn, NY. You ll sit at the center of Doji s creator research and UGC operations. Sourcing creators, formatting briefs, tracking outreach, and building our internal reference library.

You should be chronically online with real instincts for what s happening in fashion and creator culture. You see doom scrolling Tik Tok and Instagram as productive, can spot an authentic style voice instantly, and know when something’s about to take off before the algorithm catches on. A genuine passion for fashion is a must.

• Source and vet creators on Tik Tok/Instagram who fit the Doji vibe and aesthetic
• Format creator briefs, source references, and pull inspo that makes briefs easy to execute
• Track outreach and status across all creators
• Maintain our creator database as new names, formats, and info surface
• Monitor mentions, tags, and comments across Tik Tok + Instagram
• Save and organize UGC and Doji s best-in-class content in one central reference library
• Flag trends, emerging formats, sounds, and relevant aesthetics on TT/IG
• Brainstorm content ideas for Doji

• Are Tik Tok/Instagram native and fashion/culture fluent
• Are organized and self-directed enough to run your own workstream
• Have great taste, write clearly, and can articulate why something works
• Process information quickly and think on your feet
• Hold a high bar for excellence, in your creative work and in life
• Take pride in making repetitive tasks more efficient
• Work hard and take feedback without ego

• Have an existing network in fashion, culture, or creator scenes
• Have prior experience at a brand, agency, or media company
• Have a tasteful social presence
• Are fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow

Compensation:
Paid hourly rate TBD.

Up to 40 hours per week.
