Marketing Specialist

Role Description

The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase patient engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support practice growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to ensure messaging is consistent and patient-centered.

The Marketing Specialist will help manage digital and offline marketing channels, support community outreach, and track performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage patients, partners, and internal teams effectively.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and design targeted campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support patient acquisition efforts and promote services in an ethical, patient-focused manner.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important.
• Prior experience in healthcare, professional services, or a similar environment is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
